got tired of being asked for the same information over and over and over again. This is out 3rd time of working with Penny Mac and it was the biggest pain in the _ss of any of them.
Sara was very helpful and professional. We had a nice rapport and it was easy to communicate with her. I’m very pleased with how my refinancing was handled and completed.
There was a couple of small glitches during the process but they were taken care of. Overall the Andrea and Reid took good care of me.
Only spoke to Ashton once or twice just before closing. Otherwise, dealt with originator and processor. Amount to close changed a couple times (went from zero to credit of 600 to owing 12). Not a big deal.
I’d been working with Amanda for almost a year. Unfortunately I live in a county that is unresponsive and slow in transferring documents. However, Amanda was persistent and laser focused on getting my refinance accomplished. So was so kind, informative, and transparent throughout the entire process and I couldn’t be anymore grateful. My sincerest gratitude to her and I hope and highly recommend that she is recognized for her work accordingly.
