Great people… overall very smooth process…
Being able to close on time without any delays. Even though request for documents was repetitive, the team did a great job to ensure there were huddles to close on time.
More interaction, and probably pre-scheduled, with individuals like Shay. She was the bright spot in this very unpleasant process. Communication was frequent but not always fruitful, receiving calls almost daily during the work day and unscheduled. Evening calls interrupted family time, which again would be manageable with a little notice.
