I think the process itself is very efficient. The reason for my low rating was due to my disclosure documents being incorrect. When I had questions, I was never connected to my advisor. Instead, I spoke to several different reps who could not answer any of my questions. They simply notified my advisor, in which we never spoke by phone to discuss. The emails I sent did receive a very brief response without an answer, nor a clear direction on how to resolve. We eventually got the document corrected..
Professional, fast, and easy to understand.
Everyone I was in communication with was professional and followed through what they said the would do.
The only complaint I have about my recent experience is that I was told there would be no cash to close and I would have two months without a mortgage payment. In the end we had to pay almost a thousand dollars and only had one month without a payment.
There were some in accuracies that occurred in the first set of closing docs. It became frustrating, but Antonae was the one that brought it together. I enjoyed the process because of her.
