The time frame and assurances were great.
Calli made it great. Very nice and always checking in to update me.
Overall, the refinance process was quite difficult. There were issues with the paperwork and waiting for a response from higher positions. This led to a missed closing date. That being said, I am still very happy with the overall outcome. When it comes to employees, the only one I actually cared to talk to was Dane. He was clear and detailed. He got answers when I needed them and followed up without me needing to reach out. Stellar individual.

Everyone I dealt with was simply amazing. The paralegal who came here to do the closing documents was great as well! This has been the best experience. The only thing that was frustrating was receiving paper copies and emails of the same thing over and over several times for both. Seems like a waste of paper and time. Especially because they were things I didn't need to do anything with. For example demand for payoff in the mail. I got that several times in several days. From the start of the refinancing process to the end the whole process was a seamless one. Mainly all due to such an outstanding representative Arameh Dilanchian. He was extremely helpful and his tremendous patience and explanations help my wife and I understand the whole refinance process. I had a wonderful loan processing experience working with Linda Horne. My loan officer Ryan, Daniel and Colton were awesome to work with. Ryan was and Linda were amazing would love to work with both again in the future.
