More communication to decrease processing and ensure all is on track

The help I got from Jazmin was great. It was the other departments that processed the wrong insurance company. Also, It took 25 minutes going through your call system to get a person to talk to me about insurance. Poor system....ask the same questions over and over and over again.
Overall great experience, everyone was very professional and delivered great customer service.
I am a Customer Service Manager for over 10 years and my customer service expectations are very high. With that said Anna met and exceeded all of my expectations. She took the time to to take me step by step with everything. She gave the necessary follow up and we were able to met with all of the deadlines on time. This was my first refinance and I’m very grateful for Anna’s help.
The agent that helped us on submitting documents did a wonderful job. He told exactly what we need and assisted us on finding the documents.
The entire process was straightforward and easy.
