Your services were nothing but TOP NOTCH. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and were so very helpful. Although with so many good people on the team and in different states I sometimes got the request for the same documents several times. I was given all the information and my questions were all answered within a good timeframe
Had a great experience from the beginning of the process to end and expectations for the closing were actually sooner than expected which I was very pleased.
Our previous home loan was sold to Pennymac and we never seemed to have many issues with them so when looking to buy a new house I called up John Dorey and talked with him about any benefits of keeping Pennymac with our new home loan and I am SO happy I did. John was so helpful, he answered my many questions in a timely manner. Then when it was time to work on the closing paperwork James Crowley was just as helpful. Chantel was an amazing person thru the process. She made the process smooth and it was truly a pleasure with her, if you have more who are like her then Pennymac will be successful for many years to came.
Everybody we talked with was very pleasant, and helpful.
My cash to close was increased the day prior to closing, with no explanation from my loan officer. My loan officer did not reach out to explain this change at any point. When I called to ask about it, only team members answered my calls but they were unable to give me an accurate answer on what caused the change. I was really let down that I was not given a clear answer on this.
