First of all Shead asked me for the same documents multiple times , I didn’t receive answers in a timely manner & needed to go threw other employees to get them & I’ve been with PennyMac mortgage company with the mortgage I had from the house I sold & can’t understand why the information isn’t in my file already !

PennyMac did a bate and switch on the initial loan quote they provided me. Had to have a manager looped in. Finally got approval to proceed with loan honoring the initial loan quote.
