Process took longer due to a loan officer change in the middle of the process
Took too long to get back to me. Didn't know I was paying to have a lower rate.
Better communication and not having to deal with multiple people

Not sure who this person is or their role in my process of refinancing or closing.
The process was smooth. However, I reached out to several members of the team via email regarding questions that I had and no one ever responded or acknowledged that they received my message. Better communication would be appreciated. Other than that, everything was good.
Great support and service the all the way thru. Exceeded my expectations.
