The final closing I got I seemed to get a several duplicate request. I spoke to a number of different people due to the painting of the out building.
Made it very easy and extremely smooth
-We received multiple requests for the same document. -We were working with too many different people at PennyMac. -Claudia was the most responsive of the people we worked with. -When we called PennyMac we had to speak to a different person almost every time. -In the end, we were satisfied with the product and feel that we received a fair price.
The only problem we experienced was because our trust.
