I had to send documents a couple times and when we already had made a appointment for signing closing documents on Monday they call us on Friday at 4pm saying they still needed to verify employment, which took another week for then to do and pushed our closing date back.
They worked with us to extend our dates while we finished a repair.
everything went well
Issues with how I expected the title to be and what Penny Mac was going to deliver. I was clear with what I needed and was told it was possible at the beginning of the process. Then near end of closing was told it was not possible. To Penny Mac's credit, the situation WAS remedied. But it prolonged closing and created a couple days of high stress for me.
Jamie was there through it all. He answered all my questions, and just went above and beyond with us! ❤️
Easy and fast
We’ve done a refi before and it was faster and a smoother process. Also the appraiser sent out appraised our home lower than previous estimates given. She lowered the footage of our home and comped it to smaller homes in the area. The last appraiser didn’t do that. So we got less than we were looking for.
