Rosario went the extra mile to make things happen which I will appreciate for years to come. She understood her customers and made sure they were happy and provided excellent customer service.
There was an issue where the underwriter was asking for a road maintenance agreement which does not exist. This was because the appraiser made it like our dirt driveway was the road that our house is addressed to but that was incorrect. It took me a number of phone calls and stress to get this straightened out. I talked to Ammie Mack a few times about this and she looked into it, but came back with no solutions other than I would have to get a road maintenance agreement in place. 1) Need major improvement on communications between loan officer and processing department. 2) Processing staffs are very green. Need lots of training.
There was a breakdown in communication towards the end. Made closing very stressful.
