I would like you to thank Andrew Starley who made the process of closing on my loan pleasant. If I had a problem or question he was always available. He helped me even when he really was not supposed to. His knowledge and helpfulness' kept me calm during my loan process. I contacted my loan Officer Teresa Saugden several times and never received calls back. I sent emails and the emails I received back were pre generated emails and never answered my questions. Promise made about down payment where not kept. Follow up was horrible. Only reason I took the loan was because I was afraid the interest rates would rise.
Not one single ‘glitch’ or unanswered question, including initial call to Winston Cutter. Quick responses and quick, painless process.
As I had stated on the previous survey I submitted regarding my loan/closing, I have never been given an answer that I felt fully explained why my new loan docs had to include my legally separated Spouses name as a non-borrowing owner? The reasoning for even obtaining this equity cash out refi was due to the courts ruling that I was to pay legally separated spouse her rightful half of equity on current home value as a result of recording our legal separation. 98% of the refi proceeds went to her.
