Increased and reliable communication with one person every time I called I got someone different and had to explain from day 1. Worst experience I’ve ever had with getting a Morgage and I have done this 3 times before

Make sure that final amts and what is or is not included in loan (taxes, closing costs, etc) are verified with client before signing!!

All around a great experience . Justin was very efficient and professional.
Jon was great. I wish there was a direct line to access him at all times as opposed to calling the 1800 number. The portal is also a night mare to use and there were several documents that I submitted more than once. I was also told last minute about several documents needing completed just prior to closing. I believe most of the issues were from the title company as well so it’s hard to say who’s at fault. I enjoy working with Penny Mac but these issues should be addressed.
