Awesome customer service and prompt response to any questions
Lots of communication. My questions were answered quickly and there was very little confusion in the process.
I was very informed during the process and all questions were answered promptly.
Hilda was amazing, not so much for the supporting staff that couldn't read notes in the system.
Multiple loan officers that were communicating different things. One would say all documents had been provided while another would say we were missing items. Closing documents were wrong. Received 3 different copies with incorrect information on each of them. Getting paperwork correct the first time. Better attitudes from loan officers (Liam was better than Chris and Michael). Better explanation of pay off dates in relation to closing date.
Thank you for leading me to the process. It was an awesome experience and I am grateful for you knowledgeable and patient staff!!!!
