Great experience
I keeped getting emails for the same paperwork. I didn't like the emails. In stead of an email i would have rather gotten more calls
Easy process, all happened in a timely manner.
The process took longer than I expected I had to send some documents more than once. The signing of the documents went very well the notary was excellent she was very good
Her and her team was very timely and thorough with information and knowledge. Thankful for the endless help to get what I needed! 10/10

Thanks for all the great service. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and very informative. My yes comment on documents more than one time I feel was the automated system that took a while to catch up with what we had done online.
We applied for a refinance loan with cash out . The process with the PENNYMAC team was quick and easy .The option of checking the loan status information online was convenient . Our loan officer Angel was awesome from the beginning of the process and Marcia was excellent with communicating our closing process . All was done excellent . Thank you so much !
