Pretty simple and seamless.
Everything was great
It was a smooth process from start to finish. Thanks to the PennyMac team for putting it all together in a timely and professional manner.
When we made the repairs to our shed, we were instructed to call back and request the appraiser to come back immediately. We did that the day the photos were uploaded. The adjuster was never contacted. The day before closing I received a voicemail saying my appointment will be cancelled due to the repairs not being checked off. Which again, we called and requested the adjuster. Very Professional..
Loan docs should have been done right the first time.
Loan processers need to be accurate with the loan and requirements. My loan took 4xs longer, and when my processor, Alan Croasdale was wrong about the type of.loan and what the stipulations were, he then ignored emails and phone calls placed to him by me. Claudia did however provide excellent customer service.
