Wrote a complaint about a week ago about customer service. Lori called to follow up with my complaint to see if my issue was resolved and to apologize for my inconvenience. I was impressed that Penny Mac took the time to check on my situation. Lori made sure my issue was resolved and told me to call her direct line in the future if I needed anything. It's nice to know that Penny Mac cares and reads these reviews. Great service!
