This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Have talked to 6 representatives in the last two weeks and no one has said the same thing. Our payment is raising almost $400 a month and they won't tell us why. Asked for my account representative and they wouldn't connect me to that person. The people that answer the phone I can understand, their accents make it very hard to hear what they are saying. Always get told something different by different workers, NEVER can get a hold of a supervisor, ALWAYS someone with a foreign accent. (I'm not racist, just hard of hearing, so it makes it more difficult for me to understand and I have to ask them to repeat a bunch of times.) I get told to keep an eye on the mail because they are sending me something but I rarely get anything expect the bill. It’s impossible to connect with anyone at PennyMac. Every time I call, the call “drops” right before I’m about to speak to a representative. The app does not work and their portal is impossible to navigate. If you’re looking for a responsive and reliable lender, search elsewhere. Hopefully this review prompts some much needed changes.

I would say the only thing that I would recommend is little more info at the end. The closing date was suppose to be the Nov. 5 and I did not care that it was later but we really did not get any info on it.
