-Communication from start to finish. -Immediate notice regarding what is needed or required as far as documentation. -Consistency as I was being told many different things from different representatives. -Overall better knowledge of the mortgage process for all employees.
Everything was great except the expectations of the final process. Notary met us outside someone office and didn't tell us we needed to make our own copies. Otherwise process was ok.
