The worst experience
Edward was great. He made every step of the process as painless as could be. He also did a very good job of answering any questions we had and explaining each step of the process. Very happy with him and the help he gave us refinancing our home.
Everything went as planned.
From experience I would say giving more realistic time line for closing. We were told anticipated closing date was in August but in reality it was end of October. And the whole time I would get weekly updates saying everything was on track and on time. Overall, We were satisfied with the experience and just needed to exercise a little patience .
