Great service overall thanks
Would never do a refinance with PennyMac ever again - I had to do most of the work, calling people etc and it took a ridiculous amount of time - mainly because the same documents were requested over and over again and those documents didn’t pertain to us. We’ve done several refinanced and this one is as by far the worst experience
