The length of time it took to close my loan was unacceptable, even taking into consideration that I am self employed. Nathaniel was great however, and continually updated me.

Ended up not using Pennymac due to requiring a construction loan to build a home, but plan on using Pennymac later when the home is completed.

i thought Francesa hill was great on taking over the job that Daniel Craun. he did not accomplish his duty on handling my loan application. he was rude he did not return my calls,and this is why it took longer then i expected . if it wasnt for Francesca Hill i would have terminated the loan . Thank you for everything
