Ok, problems with getting to closing
A timely response would have been nice and a direct number. Instead I would call and have to talk to several different people before I was told there’s nothing they could do I would have to wait for a call back . Such a frustrating process .

On the plus side PennyMac approved the refinance. After the refinance loan, I have had problems with PennyMac. I can’t get anyone to return calls. My bank requested information from Francesca Hill and she never responded to messages. No, I would never refer anyone to PennyMac.
Overall this process was very smooth. There were some instances where documents were requested that had already been sent or were labeled incorrectly in the request that made no sense. Upon a call our questions were resolved and we were able to get the documents sent.
