It was a very easy process We we’re kept up to date every step of the way. Rokeria was excellent at keeping us informed. If we had questions she would get the answer to us promptly!! Thank you all for all the hard and exceptional work!!

On the plus side PennyMac approved the refinance. After the refinance loan, I have had problems with PennyMac. I can’t get anyone to return calls. My bank requested information from Francesca Hill and she never responded to messages. No, I would never refer anyone to PennyMac.
I would have given Erica a 5 and 10 but the process took very long and the closing $ kept changing, specially the cost from PennyMac, added then removed of the same $number, about 5 times. It was n't Erika's doing, it was another dept and the auto calculation from the software, that was what I was told. However, at the end, the closing cost/credit that was promised to me stayed as promised. For that I gave a 10 for future business and friends referral :)
Fast easy and convenient. As long as you submit all your documents on time.
Listening better. Responding to questions in a more time manner. Not being given contradictory information. Providing the closing documents correctly the first time, and ready when they said it would be.
