I was sending some of the same paper work multiple times
Very efficient and clear process through closing.
Quick and easy loan process! Professional and not time consuming.
She was very professional and juju
Nice and easy process.
I like that everything was communicated clearly from beginning to the end.
I like quick responses and the Penny Mac team were on it!
Personnel who can communicate with one another would help! I had multiple people requesting the same documents within the same timeframe. Some of the documents were incorrect & I asked and told things were done when they were not. Those things cost me money & pushed the closing date back more than once. My experience was terrible!!!
Claudia was excellent.
