A lot of miscommunication with the team. Different loan officers and processors telling me different things. Better communication and focus on clients
The issues were not with Rokeria. She did all that she could do. The supporting staff can't add and subtract. Right now I am not only putting money into escrow but also paying my homeowner's insurance. I was not supposed to be doing this, but I am. You rejected signed contracts because your figures kept changing. You took the position of either take it or leave it with your constant changes. I will not recommend any person deal with you.
