I had two loans in process. For both loans information told to me did not take place at first. Luckily I had written down all details so both loans were corrected for the most part. The second loan had more problems. So programs laid out at the beginning did not happen later in the process when I had submitted all my paperwork. I still am having an issue with my Discount Tire payoff. My credit report is still showing an outstanding balance even though the check has been cashed. Any help with this would be appreciated. Sandrea’s been great the whole way through!
