PennyMac Loan Services did an outstanding job of taking me through the process to refinance my home. Their staff was extremely pleasant to work with and they were very informative. They are excellent communicators, and they understand how to take care of the customer while doing business. I had an absolutely outstanding experience with PennyMac!

The refinance with PennyMac this time around was a bit stressful due to a combination of factors including requesting documents over again even after it had been sent etc. Other than that, every other thing went well

The lack of communication from the "Team Members" was not what we had expected. There was not clear and direct messaging from PennyMac after the initial call to set up refinance. It would have been nice to have had one team member handling the entire process. Many times it was not easy to reach an individual to get questions answered. Documents that were sent were not uploaded timely and therefore were requested again.
