Very professional
Having the opportunity to chose my own title company in Texas. The closing was a disaster, the notary was rude and unpleasant (and late), and the title company was not in Texas and did not seem to understand which documents were needed. Title work was already in process before I was approved, therefore, I was unable to stop/move that process to my local title company relationship.
