Well it really wasn't Nancy's fault. Toya was the one assigned to me but I guess she got tired of me and Nancy took over. Nancy helped me and did everything could to process everything. I appreciate all the help.

Chantel was always calling and keeping me up to date on the entire process. She was very easy to communicate with and pleasant on the phone. Anything that was occurring she was right on it. I recommend her for a Raise and Promotion. She was awesome to work with.
