So many things to share. First while my experience was beyond terrible, I don't blame Sandrea for the entire experience. Clearly her manager and the company's process and procedures need to be fixed. Considering you did not meet the federal guidelines to even tell me how much funds were needed at closing and then the numbers were changing just hours before closing I find it impossible to believe you think this would have ever been a good experience. This is not my first house purchase but was by far the worst housing experience. Refinancing on my house was very easy thanks to PennyMac, it was a really simple process. I was surprised how easy it was and how helpful all the representatives were. Definitely recommend.
The experience was great. I have already referred some family who have been so considering refinancing their home just based on the experience I had. Great work!

I was pleased overall.
Ms. Hoffman was very informative, polite, professional and always followed up when she said she would. She made the process manageable and pleasant. She deserves a big pat on the back.
Danyell was able to explain terms that were unfamiliar to me in a very simple manner. Danyell was professional yet very pleasant a rare experience these days.
