Jacob contacted us at least weekly to provide an updated status and always ask if we had any questions that he could assist us with. Great overall experience, thank you.
Danyell was able to explain terms that were unfamiliar to me in a very simple manner. Danyell was professional yet very pleasant a rare experience these days.
it was easy for us. That is the only thing that matters
Chantel was very responsive, professional, and helpful.
Sandrea was the best! She was super helpful and answered all my questions. Not only did she make sure everything was run smoothly, she was super fun to work with. Never did I expect to enjoy the process of applying for a loan! Y’all better keep her happy because she is one of the great ones!
Nancy was very timely and professional. Except for a few hiccups with respect to requested documents, the loan process went fairly smooth.
Erika was great
Everything was above my expectations
Just one thing…I was told my refi did not go through then I received a call it did. Just the confusion left me worrisome for a couple of days. Important part: I got the loan 😆!!!
