My loan process was fast and efficient, My only issue was that I was told I would be reimbursed for a Termite Inspection and I was not. All in all, the loan process took about 35 days, which was very quick.

EASY PROCESS
Communication between departments was excruciatingly terrible
Everything was great. From start to finish PENNYMAC team was on top of everything from my application to the final process. They call once a week with updates and more. Thank you so much for your help
Sandrea was amazing, every date she set to call us she never failed, we received weekly calls. She was on top of everything and any questions we had she was happy to answer. Her attitude and personality was absolutely amazing and I am so happy she was there to help is through the process. She is the best!
The entire refinance process was smooth. We have refinanced before and felt like we were constantly sending in updated paperwork. Not in this case. Also the closing happened within the timeframe discussed.
