Overall a great experience from start to finish
It was the issue with the Title Company chosen Boston Title was one of the worst title companies I have ever dealt with. The first appraisal company was really as bad. They lied about contacting me also after they completed the appraisal of the house they never submitted the work. WE had to delay the close for another 15 days.
I wish they told me that a insurance would be put on for the first 5 years of the loan. The purpose of refinancing in the first place was to lose the insurance and lower my payment. it did lower my payment but an insurance on the loan was attach again. I did not get any clarification on this.
The service was great. was a pleasant exp
The whole process was easy, my team was very friendly, very communicative, responsive, and more than accommodating working with my refinance through a divorce. Couldn't be happier!
