The survey says it's for evaluation of Zanetta, but most questions were beyond her control. She was great, but it often took 3, 4 5, tries to get Pennymac to acknowledge documentation we sent several times - that had nothing to do with Zanetta Please make sure this evaluation does not reflect negatively on Zanetta -she was great.
Overall pretty seamless experience. Just a little over communication with the CLOSING arrangments.
They entire team at PennyMac is great! Despite the volume of business the staff is currently supporting, we appreciated the fact that when our contacts were speaking with us, they did not make us feel rushed nor did they come across as rushed or impatient. Those qualities are pure gold in this industry. THANK YOU !

Thought that Janet was very persistent and used words to pressure me in to making an impulsive decision while I was on the phone instead of getting back to her after having time to speak with my husband. I understand she has a job to do, but she didn’t seem particularly sensitive to my needs and I’m the one who is refinancing the loan. Even telling me that my responses in this survey will impact her bonus seemed unprofessional.
