kelvey gets a 10 out of 10. However, there were so many issues and things that were not shared which caused a lot of panic and confusion coming from the LO. I would say that training is needed with LO who work with buyers, especially in CA. I was very clear that I needed the loan to close within 30 days and it took two months. Then I was very clear about the cost of the loan and those were changed as we went along. There were just too many issues. Kelvey did fill in the gaps. He should get a raise.

Cindy totally stopped communicating with us and e we had to reach out to others in Penny Mac to continue and fix all the s*** that happened. If it wasn’t for Ivan and Laura L. We would’ve gone with another company. We were almost 2 weeks late and still to this day haven’t heard s*** from Cindy except to please fill out this survey. I finished with a Great new payment and paid off of my larger Bills! Closing was Very Good and straight forward, quite smooth and easy. It took me a long time to learn to use the Portal. Your phone systems needs improvements, your people need voice-mail services. Eric, Chirstopher and Rebecca: all did their duty and Jobs! Very Nicely Done to all! With Thanks!
