It was a great experience
Devin Jackson, made my loan process stress free .someone who’s most definitely trustworthy, knowledgeable of solving any questions.
Tennille refused to answer phone calls and emails, tried to push my closing date, did not clearly communicate documents/inspections needed, and completely neglected my loan application. Her manager Maria Williams had to basically take over, and it cost me several hundred dollars to close on time since Tennille poorly communicated. I will never recommend Pennymac to my friends and family from the way I was treated.

We had incorrect documents that were completed at the start of our loan which caused an issue in the process for the VA loan. We were sent an email that stated COE needed to be fixed. We did not know what a COE was, and the individual on the phone (Not Krystal Fuentes), did not have the knowledge to help us understand what we needed to do. We received an email asking us to make repairs without the attachments of the appraisal and the pictures of the issues. We had to ask Krystal questions each time to address these matte... read more
