Devin Jackson, made my loan process stress free .someone who’s most definitely trustworthy, knowledgeable of solving any questions.
Tennille refused to answer phone calls and emails, tried to push my closing date, did not clearly communicate documents/inspections needed, and completely neglected my loan application. Her manager Maria Williams had to basically take over, and it cost me several hundred dollars to close on time since Tennille poorly communicated. I will never recommend Pennymac to my friends and family from the way I was treated.

Thought that Janet was very persistent and used words to pressure me in to making an impulsive decision while I was on the phone instead of getting back to her after having time to speak with my husband. I understand she has a job to do, but she didn’t seem particularly sensitive to my needs and I’m the one who is refinancing the loan. Even telling me that my responses in this survey will impact her bonus seemed unprofessional.
Erika was an absolute dream to work with. She was very patient, answered all of my questions quickly, and made the whole process run smoothly. You are in great hands if you get to work with her.
Michelle Lofton needs to be more knowledgeable and able to communicate with certainty - the things that the client needs to fulfill on the client’s end. She seems unsure of what she’s doing and asking for- I had to call Deaon Saunders several times to Get the desired answers. Deaon was amazing from start to finish! He communicated trust and certainty over what he was doing, and therefore made the “emotional process” of the refinancing less stressful to a great extent. I finished with a Great new payment and paid off of my larger Bills! Closing was Very Good and straight forward, quite smooth and easy. It took me a long time to learn to use the Portal. Your phone systems needs improvements, your people need voice-mail services. Eric, Chirstopher and Rebecca: all did their duty and Jobs! Very Nicely Done to all! With Thanks!
