Excellent service
Towards the end of the process it was very hard to reach anyone who could answer our questions. We were told that we would not be able to close on time due to neglect of the lender. I will never borrow another dime from you guys. You guys made this process a living h*** and very difficult. I would like to tell the Penny Mac team to sincerely go f*** themselves.
Nathaniel always kept me informed of what my next steps were. He was very pleasant to work with.

Julie Hill was FINE - my previous loan officer, Jordan dropped the ball and my loan totally fell through the cracks and I had to completely start over

This loan officer was not confident in the entire process therefore it was very difficult for her to advise, guide or give any updates in a precise or accurate manner on my loan Listen to the recorded messages that will explain in detail what I’m referring to.
