I missed 3 closing dates, spoke w/ a dozen people in the organization, and it was suggested that I bring $22k-$98k to close, a large expanding variable? I had a very good experience with my refinance. It was made a pleasant and very stress free experience.

This refinance was for a divorce settlement that was my wife's portion of the equity in said property. The title company treated the refinance as strictly a cash pay out dividing my wife's equity between the both of us incorrectly.
Everything about financing/refinancing with PennyMac was seamless. Their portal keeps me updated on where my loan is at any given time. And when I call, I don't have to navigate through a menu of annoying prompts...just press 1 and get a real live human!
Pam Wilcox was pleasant, thorough, professional, communicated well, and accurately. She was available most often when I called her, and/or promptly got back to me as appropriate. It was a real pleasure to work with her.
She was amazing! I had an unique situation (new & refinance @ same time & funding) and she made me feel at easy. She gave me updates on my refinance in which wasn’t even her responsibility. She called regularly to check in & her communications even to my little company & realtor was over and beyond. what would of made it better if that penny mac my original morgage company and now refinanced threw didnt take 7,000.00 of the top in closeing fees,not a good way to zap your exciting customers
