Vonnye wasn’t helpful at all. She was awful at communicating, getting ahold of, and overall not a pleasant experience. She over looked and issues that almost cost us our home purchase. We were so unhappy with our process with her. We don’t be using PennyMac again!

First of all, you can't expose the definite intent scale on the survey question by color coding and popping a "no" above the 6. That is clearly cheating / influencing the results of that quesiton. BAD survey author, No biscuit! Also: You caused me a lot of stress AFTER I transferred a large sum of money by asking me not once, but TWICE if I had transferred the money. Turns out nothing was wrong but... maybe add an immediate "we got the money" reply into your system somewhere?

If he did not know the answers to our questions, he transferred us to the loan office for clarification. I was impressed with Xavier Johnson stellar performance, knowledge, determination, and tenaciousness to provide excellent customer service
