It would help out alot if Pennymac returned emails and phone calls to their clients during the process of trying to refinance their existing loans with PennyMac. It was very difficult and time consuming trying to get answers and updates during the time frame.

Was not informed on new loan officer. New loan officer did not have correct information but did a great job helping me.
