There was a miscommunication between title company and loan processing agent about who should be present at signing who is the person on title. Had to get my husband to be on site for signing last minute. Aida was our processing agent. She keep me update throughout the process by emails and phones; however, she was not courteous when it comes to questions and issues. She was rushed on the phone calls and felt like she just want the process to be over with.

I had to reschedule my closing 3 times because the documents were not accurate. The first time my hazard insurance was not included in escrow. The 2nd time my loan dropped by $3500. Also the check amounts for my creditors were not correct . One payment check was $660 more than my actual balance. It was partially my fault because I didn’t check the balances at closing but it was my understanding that 3 days prior to closing the amounts would be checked. They were not. I’m glad it’s finally over

Vonnye Wade and David Merzian were excellent and hope PennyMac will hire more people like them. They really did everything possible to get things done right and in a timely manner. Excellent communication and customer service. Thank you PennyMac.

Everything went well except for the portal. The new portal worked fine at first then it didn't work accordingly, which is why I had to email Jordan loan information documents directly, once, twice, three times. Other than, great job!!!
