This was a TERRIBLE experience with HORRIBLE customer service. I advised them my property needed special approval for the home owners insurance after i received a request for those documents. For 1.5 months i kept receiving the same email requesting INS documents and Marques and his supervisor did nothing to solve the problem. They never return calls or respond to emails. At one point, we called and left message for 4 days with no answer or call back. They both need more training!!!

I will never ever ever do business with Pennymac again. EVER. I have never in my life encountered such sloppiness, mismanagement and incompetence. I would rather have all of my toenails and teeth extracted than have to go through a closing with you morons again. You could be / should be studied in mba management classes on how not to do business.

My representative kept in constant contact with me ensuring I was always updated in regards to the status of my loan. And I always received a timely response when I sent an email or left a message. The process was seamless .

My refinance experience with PennyMac was excellent and streamline. I was very happy with the rate they gave me and the people that I worked were very Professional and I felt they were looking out for me. I will gladly give them 10 out of 10 stars.
