It would help out alot if Pennymac returned emails and phone calls to their clients during the process of trying to refinance their existing loans with PennyMac. It was very difficult and time consuming trying to get answers and updates during the time frame.

The lian took a lot longer than I expected but I understand that the recent rate drops and the amount of folks working from home in the US really put a burden on the team. Overall I'm pretty happy and besides the wait, the process was absolutely painless.
The initial person Ramon Jeffries was clear and excellent. His communication was superior. Once landing with Marques there was no communication items were incomplete and there was NO RETURN communication. I will never do this this way again. In the future I will go with a broker. This was an excruciating experience.
