Vonnye wasn’t helpful at all. She was awful at communicating, getting ahold of, and overall not a pleasant experience. She over looked and issues that almost cost us our home purchase. We were so unhappy with our process with her. We don’t be using PennyMac again!

It could have been a lot more smoother. Loan details got changed on the day before closing. Amounts for a couple of items were increased and there wasn't a proper explanation.
