There are way too many people involved and no one goes over what their exact role is. The initial person Christina was great, after that Ada was horrible to work with. We tried to communicate with her but she only did a weekly check in/call, each week. At closing, the initial notary canceled last minute and no one even called to tell us it needed rescheduled or they couldn’t come. Then Ada called the next day and was mad we didn’t call her but we were never informed to. NO communication!

Process started off very good. Procedures were outlined and communication was great. So closing was scheduled and notary arrived at my residence and we were ready to go but realized changes needed to be made to the paperwork because of my request to minimize closing cost. It was a late change, so I understand that disconnect. After that appointment, trying to reschedule an appointment was somewhat difficult. Email responses were requested but never received. 5th try we finally got it done.

Great start out of the gate only to falter down the stretch run to closing. 1st closing date passed; 2nd date nothing. I called. Found out a data mismatch in a Pmac system held things up. Point is I had to call to find that out, if not might still be waiting! Finally got to close and after making clear at least twice we were using our own lawyer, we got to the meeting and Pmac contracted their 3rd party lawyer to do closing, at a higher cost. All the people were good, the process fell apart.

I would get people asking for repeat documents. I had one of your agents hold my loan because they wanted a home appraisal even though I was told I didn't need one. The worst part of it was when we finally set a closing date pennymac and the title company were not communicating and my closing date had to be reset to another day. The following scheduled closing date again same problem the title company didn't have the papers. Why do I need to threaten to stop the loan process to get it done.
