Great start out of the gate only to falter down the stretch run to closing. 1st closing date passed; 2nd date nothing. I called. Found out a data mismatch in a Pmac system held things up. Point is I had to call to find that out, if not might still be waiting! Finally got to close and after making clear at least twice we were using our own lawyer, we got to the meeting and Pmac contracted their 3rd party lawyer to do closing, at a higher cost. All the people were good, the process fell apart.

The closing costs were not honestly presented. I do not believe I can make this up in three years. I never could communicate with Mohammed when I wanted. You have also sent me seven copies of the same paperwork.

There were questions on an area of my loan application. I made several attempts to provide updated information via phone and email, receiving little support. It made for a stressful loan experience.

Very poor organization and communication. Repairs requested by your appraisal team were completely unneccessary.

Communication was beyond lacking. Our closing was pushed out and barely completed. Our seller wasn’t paid in a timely manner. Every time we called someone to ask questions, we didn’t get an answer. Cammorah Washington was unavailable lost of the time. When she said she would call, she didn’t. We kept getting tossed around from department to department. My husband, our realtor, and I were on the phone and e mailing multiple times per day trying to find out who, what, why and where for this loan.
