Easy process all via phone and email. Closing was quick and done in my own home.
Our rep, Rachel, and the PennyMac team served us well. While the Refinancing process is lengthy (3 months from start to finish) we had no snags, lots of communication, and clear steps along the way. Lots of documents needed; lots of signings ( stay on top of it) but PennyMac team will send reminder emails if need be. Whew! We did it. Thx PennyMac

My refiancing experience went well. The follow throughs and assistance from the loan specialist was timely and professional.
My experience was great.The people that was assigned to the loan processing always answered any questions or concerns that I had and ensured I understood what was going on with my loan especially Ms. K. Griffin.
I was well pleased from beginning to end. Everyone was pleasant and when I had questions they were promptly answered. My prior home was financed by PennyMac and it only made sense to stick with the Mortgage Lender that treated me with dignity and respect!!
