Good Lender to work with
There was a mix up on getting my equity money. Had to call two or three times to get that completed.
Sharon and her team did an amazing job. I explained my situation of being on a time crunch and they provided me with the best experience in getting everything done ASAP. This was my first time with online loans. There were many people processing the loan. I had to ask and try to email to follow up often. There were many change of hands on the loan. I was worried about the whole process. I had over 5 different people I spoke with, some had little or was not aware of what was said from the prior contacts, but they were all patient and assuring. At the end, everything came through. I would recommend Penny Mac considering everyone had to Work from home. Thank you!

Loan processors should have their own extension so customers can contact them directly without talking to a different person each time they call. I made 20 phone calls which resulted in 20 different people to include 4 managers that resulted in 1 returning my call. This is why I highly recommend individual phone extensions.
We refi'ed-Pennymac was my lender already so it should be super quick & easy - NOT - it took 7 weeks to close on a refi AND my loan disbursement was DELAYED and nobody told me there were issues! My title was not put through the title co I chose until it was late - emails if returned were not for 2 & 3 days after I emailed - calls not returned for days - never heard back for last 2 weeks from my assigned person, never had answers on questions or ETA - terrible service- no Pennymac Promise here!
