Very poor communication, very slow responses, I didn't understand alot of the process due to have to wait 24 to 48hrs for a response. I addressed my concerns before and no one from management cared enough to contact me

The process went smooth from start to finish.
Had PennyMac in the past, as the company I pay every month, no complaints. Going through the closing process of buying a new house with them, worst experience ever. They are so disorganized and their system handcuffs their own employees. Everyone was ready for closing except PennyMac and missed my closing because of this.
Charles was great. It’s the rest of the people I had trouble with. Seems like a talked to 20+ people during the course of the process. Feel like I was explaining the same thing over and over. At one point I had just figured the wasn’t going to go through and was ready to give up. Ultimately it did close, but it was very frustrating.
Loan documents were not with the closing lawyer until 30 minutes into when closing was suppose to be occurring. I sent multiple copies of the same document to Cammorah because she kept telling me she didn't receive them. Tony was great, I would not recommend Cammorah.
At the end as the closing date was upon us, it seemed that things were having to be rushed to close on the correct day. Perhaps that was due to appraiser. I am so used to face-to-face transactions that the e-loan was kind of uncomfortable for me. I believe everyone did what they could to make things go smoothly but with the Covid-19 challenge it just was kind of stressful. Having said that, everyone was extremely polite and I am getting settled in to my new home.
