Process was easy and quick.
Overall closing process was outstanding. There was minor confusion on pre closing amount due at closing versus the actual due at closing.
Great experience from start to finish! The process was explained very well at the beginning, and seamless throughout, all the way to closing. I received calls while waiting for the process several times by Jacob just to check on me and update me where the process was, and expectations to when closing would be. Closing was on time and simple! 100% would recommend Penny Mac to use for refinancing or financing! Top notch lender!!

Better communication. Notary appointment was cancelled, I had to cal. PennyMac to find out why the notary never showed up. The turn around time for a reply on emails were too long.
Very poor communication, very slow responses, I didn't understand alot of the process due to have to wait 24 to 48hrs for a response. I addressed my concerns before and no one from management cared enough to contact me
The whole process was excellent! Blen was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Everything went so smoothly, all questions were promptly addressed, and I was kept in the loop throughout. I would highly recommend PennyMac to anyone considering refinancing.
