The biggest I had with the whole process was when I would return calls I want able to talk with Ashley directly. I am on a lot of calls during the day for work, so I would often have to return her calls. When I would, I would always end up having to discuss my account with whoever took the call. That made it so I would have to rehash the issues 5x with 5 different people. I would have preferred having one person who I talk with each time so I didn’t need to repeat issues each time I called.

Consistent communication. We often had to chase Jacob for responses to questions or loop other people in from PennyMac. We had critical questions at the point of close and he just stopped responding. We actually never heard back from him on those questions, but called into PennyMac and found out from one of the associates that there was information Jacob was meant to share, but never did. Will (Edward), who we initially worked with to start the refinance process was great and very helpful.

Just refinanced my VA loan and reduced my interest rate. Process was simple and straightforward. Now I will enjoy saving more money.

The whole process is very easy with PennyMac. Due to the coronavirus it took longer than expected but still very pleased with the customer service this company provides.

Cammorah Washington. She was always so concerned for the progress of our loan. I felt like she was a friend and that she had our best interests at heart. Cammorah was very easy to talk to.
