My experience with having my home refinanced through Penny Mac was great! The Penny Mac Team answered all my questions and concerns that I had. They kept me informed each time a step was completed with the loan processing. Furthermore, my home Closed by the date they gave... no delays. Thank you Penny Mac Team for such excellent customer service.
Closing documents missing ( va form) termite report not signed, I did know I needed to sign it these two forms held up funding the loan by three days. My issue is PMac had the forms for almost 50 days, seems to me someone would of reviewed the packet before the closing date to ensure everything was done.

I had a slight issue with some of the process but that has nothing to do with the team. I just happened to have a pandemic happen during my process. So given the situation I am truly happy with how everything worked out and wanted to say thank you.

Better explanation of docs required. Had to redo some docs which extended the time frame. Since my husband is a vet I felt that the appraisal should’ve been free. We’ve had free appraisals in the past. Thank you
I would prefer one person assigned to my account. I know Rachel was my contact but when I called I kept getting different people. They kept saying they could help me but I wanted to talk to one person. She did get me the answers I needed but the process was phone tag crazy. It took much longer than I expected especially when my mortgage with PennyMac and I was doing a cash out refinance with you.
