I had a slight issue with some of the process but that has nothing to do with the team. I just happened to have a pandemic happen during my process. So given the situation I am truly happy with how everything worked out and wanted to say thank you.

Better explanation of docs required. Had to redo some docs which extended the time frame. Since my husband is a vet I felt that the appraisal should’ve been free. We’ve had free appraisals in the past. Thank you

First of all, this was my second attempt to get the refinance done. My first agent simply disappeared. Got the process going again with another agent, and was then referred to the MAC team - of which Rachel is a part. Rachel and the other members of the team were great as individuals, but it was extremely messy and confusing in terms of inconsistencies between them and between them and the other parties involved. But it got done in the end.

The process was pain free. I had to call to correct a request for flood insurance that was inaccurate. But it was taken care of same day.
