Closing documents missing ( va form) termite report not signed, I did know I needed to sign it these two forms held up funding the loan by three days. My issue is PMac had the forms for almost 50 days, seems to me someone would of reviewed the packet before the closing date to ensure everything was done.
Easy and fast refinance!
I had a slight issue with some of the process but that has nothing to do with the team. I just happened to have a pandemic happen during my process. So given the situation I am truly happy with how everything worked out and wanted to say thank you.

First of all, this was my second attempt to get the refinance done. My first agent simply disappeared. Got the process going again with another agent, and was then referred to the MAC team - of which Rachel is a part. Rachel and the other members of the team were great as individuals, but it was extremely messy and confusing in terms of inconsistencies between them and between them and the other parties involved. But it got done in the end.
Penny Mac team was able to work out a loan to help me exit the P.M.I process and to smoothly transfer me to a conventional home loan and with a percentage rate that works for me and my house hold. Again, Thank You Bracken K.
