I T WAS GREAT BUT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF NOT DUE TO COVID-19 WHICH AFFECT TO COOMUNICATE WITH OUR LOAN OFFICER DIRECTLY INSTEAD OF TALKING TO DIFFERENT PERSON WHO EVER PICKS-UP THE PHONE AND DOES NOT REALLY SATISFY THE ANSWER OR CLARIFY DOUBT THAT WE HAVE. Or I don't know if its because of COVID -19 that is so hard to talk to our direct lender or maybe not..But we manage to get through the process even we kind of un answered doubt at that time.We thank You for your help.
