Penny mac is very professional and a great overall company. Highly recommend.
There were a few questions regarding points that weren’t answered to my liking. I never received an answer. I wasn’t told about the funds / personal check needed at closing by my loan officer. It was implied that I knew after reading the closing documents. Outside of those two incidents the process was great and straightforward.
We had a great service with PennyMac. Very quick, efficient and professional. The time frame from application to closing was surprisingly quick. Everyone we had contact with was very pleasant and helpful in the process. Thanks
